This study assesses the effectiveness of regenerated rice and the factors affecting the farmers’ conversion from Summer-Autumn rice to regenerated rice in Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province. Analyze data and information in the study collected from relevant departments, interview 80 households and in-depth interviews.
